We welcomed Max Maguire on the Bridge today!
Max is a college student at Montana State University in Bozman.
Max is a connecter and community builder. He doesn’t like to form quick opinions of others but tends to connect on a deeper level with them before he decides whether to be a part of their community, or not. He knows where his best fit is.
He is a good listener and tries not to judge others. He also admits to not taking things too personally.
He described his favorite mentor’s as ‘great humans’ and aspires to model these qualities:
personal connection to everyone
good sense of humor
garnering respect from all
Max stands up for what is right and takes action accordingly.
His advice is to give others quality eye contact when listening and be present with them.
