We welcomed Bailey Poort to the Bridge today.
Bailey is a college student majoring in Communications.
She has been actively practicing leadership since a very young age.
She uses empathy and noticing to mentor those around her. She is quick to reward and promote the members of her team.
She allows space for people to grow and become leaders themselves.
As a community builder she brings diverse individuals together working toward a common goal.
She advises other future leaders to:
not be afraid
ask for help
